Waltz Lessons

There’s something about watching a graceful waltz couple float around the floor that is just breathtaking. Waltz is like a “staple” among dances – everything from the ballroom basic box waltz all the way up to progressive steps around the floor – it is all beautiful to both dance and watch. The opportunity to dancing the waltz at a wedding or formal event is almost sure to arise, so learning this step for such occasions is a must!

At Step by Step we start many of our beginner dancers off with a the basic box waltz, and then from there move up to the beautiful progressive waltz that moves around the floor. So whether you are ballroom dancing to the tune of “Shall we Dance” or “Waltzing Across Texas” with more of a country flare, we can take you through it all “step by step”.
